摘要 有机颜料生产废水具有污染物成分复杂,水质水量波动大,可生化性差的特点。以国内某大型有机颜料生产企业8 000 m^(3)/d的废水处理系统为例,采用强化絮凝沉淀+UASB+MBR组合工艺,出水稳定达标,在我国北方等寒冷地区具有推广应用价值。工程试运行期间COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、NH_(3)-N、TN、TP、色度平均去除率分别为96.30%、94.60%、95.0%、93.20%、98.80%、98.45%,运行成本2.25元/m^(3)。 Organic pigment production wastewater has the characteristics of complex pollutant composition,large fluctuation of water quality and quantity and poor biodegradability.Taking the 8 000 m^(3)/d wastewater treatment system of a large domestic organic pigment production enterprise as an example,the combined process of enhanced flocculation sedimentation+UASB+MBR is adopted,and the effluent is stable and up to standard.It has the value of popularization and application in cold areas such as North China.During the trial operation of the project,the average removal rates of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),NH_(3)-N,TN,TP and chromaticity are 96.30%,94.60%,95.0%,93.20%,98.80% and 98.45%respectively,and the operation cost is 2.25 yuan/m^(3).
