摘要
通过对皖维公司聚乙烯醇(PVA)醇解车间螺杆挤压机在生产过程中出现的物料阻塞导致设备跳停以及挤压后的聚乙烯醇成品外观较差的现象,分析其产生的原因,选择最优的设计参数进行改进,提高了PVA醇解车间装置生产的连续性、稳定性,达到了高效、高质量生产PVA树脂的目的。
Based on the phenomenon of equipment tripping caused by material blockage and poor appearance of extruded polyvinyl alcohol finished products in the production process of screw extruder in polyvinyl alcohol PVA alcoholysis workshop of our company, the causes are analyzed. According to the equipment structure design and working principle, on the basis of meeting the simplest processing requirements. The optimal design parameters are selected for improvement and implementation, so as to improve the continuity and stability of PVA alcoholysis plant production, so as to achieve the purpose of efficient and high-quality production of PVA resin.
