摘要
建立了一种利用高效液相色谱仪进行水中4种酰胺类化合物直接检测的方法。该方法不需对样品进行浓缩富集等前处理,过滤后可直接进样,检测速度快,步骤简单,可有效、准确检测水中的4种酰胺类化合物。水样以乙腈和水等度洗脱,紫外检测器外标法定量。该方法在0.25/0.50 mg/L~25.0/50.0 mg/L浓度范围内线性相关系数为R>0.999,检出限为0.05~0.13 mg/L,精密度为0.44%~3.86%,回收率为99.1%~119%。
This article established a method for direct determination of 4 kinds of amide compounds in water by high performance liquid chromatography. The method doesn′t need pre-treatment of sample concentration and enrichment.The sample can be directly injected after filtration. The method can effectively and accurately determine 4 kinds of amide compounds in water with fast testing speed and simple steps. The water sample is eluted isocratically with acetonitrile and water, and quantified by UV detector with external standard method. The calibration curve of determination exhibited a linear range of concentration from 0.25/0.50 mg/L to 25.0/50.0 mg/L, with the correlation coefficient of R>0.999. The limit of detection was 0.05~0.13 mg/L, the precision was 0.44%~3.86%, and the recovery was 99.1%~119%.
