民族艺术是各民族国家认同正向价值的重要载体,在民族与边疆叠合中成为国家边疆治理的重要资源,其话语建构具有时代性意义。话语的历史叙事交织着主体的文化焦虑与想象,支配着话语策略而呈现附魅特征。话语建构应基于历史经验、现实实践、理论逻辑与未来指向,将国家主导引导性与民众需求结合起来,通过对话联通内部微观叙事与国家宏大话语,以超越静止破碎的地方性,重塑中华民族主体性,在历史话语的祛魅中共建中华民族艺术话语。

Ethnic art is a vehicle for various nation-states to build their positive identities,as well as an important resource for national frontier governance in the context of nation and frontier,therefore,the construction of discourse has contemporary meanings.The historical narration of discourse is entwined with cultural anxiety and imagination of the subjects.It has the characteristic of enchantment because it manipulates discourse strategy.The construction of discourse should be based on historical experience,realistic practice,theoretical logic and future orientation.It is necessary to relate the national direction with the needs of general public,active the dialogue between inner micro narration and national macro discourse so as to transcend segmented locality,to reshape the subjectivity of Chinese nation,and to build the discourse of Chinese national arts in the disenchantment of historical discourse.
