构建澜湄影视文化共同体的路径研究

Study on the Path to the Construction of the Cultural Community of Lancang-Mekong Film and Television

近年来,在中国提出构建人类命运共同体的倡议引导下,澜沧江-湄公河流域各国持续推动澜湄影视文化共同体建设,即通过影视合拍、影视精品互译、影视播映平台建设、影视文化交流等方面的深入合作,加强这一区域国家之间的人文交流,促进民心相通,增进中国文化在东南亚周边国家的亲近性与认同感。澜湄影视文化共同体的构建虽然有着深厚的历史文化基础,也有着现实的意义和价值,但当前仍存在许多问题和困难。因此,要使澜湄影视文化真正助力澜湄各国实现“民心相通,命运与共”,需要达成区域合作共识,建立互惠互利的影视产业集群;重点进行与泰国、越南、老挝的合作,从“中路突破、撬动两翼”;同时,打造区域平台,促进影视交流,形成文化共识。

Recently, under China’s proposition of the construction of the community of shared destiny of humanity, countries along the Lancang-Mekong region began continuously promoting the construction of the cultural community of film and television. Humanistic exchange, communication among peoples, intimacy and identity of Chinese culture in the neighboring countries in Southeast Asia can be enhanced by collaborative production of film and television, exchange of the translation of selected films and television programs, construction of the broadcasting platform of film and television, and cultural exchange of film and television. There is rich historical and cultural foundation, as well as practical meanings and values in the construction of the cultural community of film and television in the Lancang-Mekong region, however, there exists many problems and difficulties. Therefore, regional collaborative consensus should be reached and mutual beneficial industrial cluster of film and television souled be established if the Lancang-Mekong film and television culture really promotes the realization of “people are connected and destiny is shared” in the countries in the Lancang-Mekong region. Furthermore, collaboration between China and Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos should be emphasized in the way of “breakthrough in the central road, levering the two wings”. At the same time, it is necessary to make a regional platform, to promote exchange of film and television, and to form cultural consensus.
