摘要
目的分析口腔正畸结合修复治疗错伴牙列缺损的效果和治疗后牙齿骨吸收和骨密度水平变化。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月山东省慢性病医院(山东省康复中心)收治的错伴牙列缺损患者96例,将患者分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。对照组给予牙齿修复治疗,观察组在此基础上结合口腔正畸治疗,分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其治疗总有效率为93.75%。观察组和对照组治疗后1年出血指数和菌斑指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后1年生活质量评分为(42.90±6.02)分,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组牙齿骨吸收量为(1.21±0.13)mm,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后1年牙槽骨密度为(290.43±54.39)HU,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸结合修复治疗错伴牙列缺损效果较好,对牙齿骨吸收和牙槽骨密度影响较小。
【Objective】To analyze the effect of orthodontic treatment combined with repairing malocclusion with dentition defect and the changes in bone resorption and bone density after treatment.【Methods】A total of 96 patients with malocclusion and dentition defect admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected,and the patients were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The control group was given tooth restoration treatment,and the observation group combined with orthodontic treatment on this basis to analyze the treatment effect of the two groups.【Results】The treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment was 93.75%.There was no significant difference in bleeding index and plaque index between the observation group and the control group one year after treatment(P>0.05).The quality of life score in the observation group was 42.90±6.02 one year after treatment,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The bone resorption of the teeth in the observation group was 1.21±0.13 mm,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).One year after treatment,the alveolar bone density of the observation group was 290.43±54.39 HU,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Orthodontic treatment combined with orthodontic treatment of malocclusion with dentition defect is effective,and has little effect on tooth bone resorption and alveolar bone density.
