信息化中药代煎代配送服务的现状与思考

Current situation and thoughts of informationalized distribution and decoction of TCM

目的探讨“互联网+中医药”背景下,中药代煎代配送服务的现状,并提出对策。方法结合文献,梳理医疗机构中药代煎代配送信息化系统的构建背景、服务流程、存在的优势与劣势。结果互联网诊疗、互联网医院、远程医疗服务等推动了互联网技术与药学服务融合发展,与传统的中药房服务模式相比较,中药代煎代配送信息化系统的构建有助于落实医改政策、优化患者就医流程、缩短患者等候时间、减少药师调剂工作量和疫情防控等,同时也对出现的处方调剂、代煎药质量控制、中药配送安全、患者自助操作及药师与患者沟通等新问题提出解决办法。结论将为新业态下中药代煎代配送信息化系统的构建提供参考,有助于实现患者-医师-药师-中药饮片公司-第三方配送公司一体化服务。

Objective To explore the current situation of distribution and decoction of TCM based on“internet+TCM”,and to propose some countermeasures.Methods Based on the literatures,this article analyzed the background of construction,service process,advantages and disadvantages of decoction and distribution of TCM in medical institutions.Results Internet diagnosis and treatment,Internet hospitals and telemedicial services have promoted the integrated development of the Internet technology and pharmaceutical services.Compared with traditional mode of service of TCM pharmacy,the development of“information system of distribution and decoction for TCM”could help execute the medical reform policies,optimize medical treatment processes of patients,reduce waiting time of patients,reduce the dispensing workload of pharmacists and help the prevention and control of epidemic.This article also discussed the problems and solutions in dispensing discrepancies,the quality control of TCM decoction,distributing safety of traditional Chinese medicines,self-service operation of patients and communication between pharmacists and patients,and so on.Conclusion This will provide reference for the construction of information system of distribution and decoction of TCM under the new industry,which will promote the integrated service of patient,physician,pharmacist,traditional Chinese medicine pieces manufacturer and third-party logistics company.
