共同富裕背景下居民慈善捐赠的同群效应研究

Study on the Peer Effect of Residents'Charitable Donation under the Background of Common Prosperity

慈善事业作为第三次分配的主要方式,是初次分配和再分配的重要补充,对促进共同富裕具有积极意义。文章利用2016年和2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,以社区为参照单位讨论与检验了居民慈善捐赠的同群效应及其作用机制。研究发现:社区其他人的慈善捐赠行为对居民慈善捐赠有显著的积极影响,在采用工具变量法处理内生性与使用替代变量法进行稳健性检验后,慈善捐赠的同群效应依然成立;慈善捐赠的同群效应在城镇与男性群体中更明显;社区其他人的捐赠行为通过激发个体的奉献意识和提高个体的生活满意度,影响居民本人的慈善捐赠行为。对此,我国应完善与慈善相关的法律法规,落实慈善优惠政策,弘扬慈善价值理念,鼓励广大民众积极参与慈善捐赠事业,充分发挥慈善事业在第三次分配中的作用,促进共同富裕的实现。

As the main way of the third distribution,charity is an important supplement to the primary distribution and redistribution,and has positive significance for promoting common prosperity.Using the data of 2016 and 2018 Chinese Household Tracking Survey,this paper examines the peer effect of residents'charitable donation and its mechanism with the community as the reference unit.The results show as follow:The charitable donation behavior of others in the community has a significant positive impact on residents'charitable donation,and the conclusion is still valid after the robustness test of endogenous and alternative variable methods;From the perspective of group differences,the peer effect of charitable donation is more obvious in urban and male groups;The donation behavior of others in the community affects the residents'charitable donation behavior by stimulating the individual's sense of dedication and improving the individual's life satisfaction.Based on this,China should improve laws and regulations related to charity,implement charitable preferential policies,promote charitable values,and encourage the general public to actively participate in charitable donation,so as to give full play to the role of charity in the third distribution,and promote the realization of common prosperity.
