摘要 基于单端口群时仿真的空间映射法设计了一款六级Ka频段的毫米波带通滤波器,该滤波器被加工在氧化铝陶瓷基片上,基片的尺寸为8 mm×2.5 mm×0.254 mm。测试结果显示,滤波器的中心频率位于30.68 GHz,3 dB相对带宽为11.5%,带内最小插入损耗约为1.75 dB。 A sixth order Ka band filter is presented based on the method of space mapping of single port group delay simulation. The filter is fabricated on aluminum oxide ceramic substrate, and the chip size occupies 8 mm×2.5 mm×0.254 mm. The measurement results show that the center frequency of Ka-band filter is located at 30.68 GHz with 3-dB Fractional BandWidth(FBW) of 11.5%,and the minimum insertion loss within the passband is about 1.75 dB.
