“十四五”时期,常州将在“常州制造”向“常州智造”跃升的过程中推动经济高质量发展,践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的发展理念。系统梳理绿色经济与产业现代化转型的内涵,分析常州产业经济发展现状,探讨发展绿色经济背景下着力构筑常州产业现代化的转型模式和实施路径。

During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,Changzhou will leap from“Made in Changzhou”to“Intelligent Manufacturing in Changzhou”,and implement the“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”development concept.This paper systematically combs the concepts and contents of the green economy and industrial modernization transformation,analyzes the current status of Changzhou's current industrial economic development,and discusses the transformation model and implement path to build Changzhou's industrial modernization under the background of the green economic development environment.
