摘要
提升连锁餐饮行业“90后”员工的职业韧性已成为行业热点问题。以小厨娘金鹰世界店为例,结合职业动机理论研究发现:小厨娘金鹰世界店“90后”员工的职业韧性主要表现在自我调适、自我挑战、职业规划、独立性和自我效能方面。通过面对面的半结构化访谈,挖掘影响“90后”员工职业韧性的因素,并从自我管理和组织管理双向视角针对小厨娘金鹰世界店“90后”员工的职业韧性提出相应的提升策略。
How to improve the career toughness of post-90s employees in the chain restaurant industry has become a hot issue in the industry.Taking the Golden Eagle World Store of Xiaochuniang as an example,combined with the theory of career motivation,it is found that the career toughness of post-90s employees of the Golden Eagle World Store of Xiaochuniang is mainly manifested in five aspects:self-adjustment,self-challenge,career planning,independence and self-efficacy.Through face to face semi-structured interview,this paper explores the factors affecting the career toughness of post-90s employees,and puts forward corresponding strategies to improve the career toughness of post-90s employees from the perspective of self-management and organizational management.
