高水平建设背景下高职学生自我发展认知研究

摘要 新时代背景下国家提出高职高水平建设目标,要求高职院校高质量发展。高职院校的高水平建设应重视学生成长,关注学生自我发展认知。在阐述关注高职学生自我发展认知重要性的基础上,分析高职学生自我发展认知的影响要素和目前高职学生的职业发展与选择情况,提出高职院校高水平人才培养思路。 Under the background of the new era,the country puts forward the goal of high-level construction and requires high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.The high-level construction of higher vocational colleges should pay attention to students'growth and self-development cognition.On the basis of expounding the importance of paying attention to the self-development cognition of higher vocational college students,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of self-development cognition of higher vocational college students and the current situation of vocational college students'career development and choice,and puts forward the thought of cultivating high-level talents in higher vocational colleges.
