后疫情时代高职院校加强就业教育的策略

Strategy of Employment Education in Higher Vocational Colleges in Post-Epidemic Era

新冠肺炎疫情给人们的生活和生产带来了严重影响,对高职院校毕业生就业工作也产生较大影响。结合高职院校就业教育的现状,分析后疫情时代行业、企业招聘形式及学生就业心理的变化,从提高专业技能和就业技能入手,提出建立全方位的信息化就业教育机制、梳理全过程的一体化就业教育内容、做好全员参与的专业化就业指导等具体对策,以期为高职院校后疫情时代的就业教育提供参考。

COVID-19 has seriously affected people's way of life and production,as well as the employment of higher vocational college graduates.Combined with the current situation of employment education in higher vocational colleges,this study analyzes the recruitment form of industry and enterprise and psychological changes of student employment in outbreak era,from the perspective of improving the professional skills and employment skills,puts forward concrete countermeasures of establishing the omni-directional informationization employment education mechanism,combing the whole process of the integration of employment education content,completing the full participation of the employment guidance,in order to provide solutions for higher vocational college employment education in the post-epidemic era.
