中国汉族女性内眦美学指标数据的测量及分析

MEASUREMENT AND ANALYSIS OF AN AESTHETIC INDEX OF MEDIAL CANTHUS IN CHINESE HAN WOMEN

目的通过测量中国汉族女性内眦美学指标数据,为整形外科医师实施内眦赘皮矫正术提供数据参考。方法随机选取18~40周岁的中国汉族女性1052例,根据内眦赘皮程度分为4组:无内眦赘皮组(A组)、轻度内眦赘皮组(B组)、中度内眦赘皮组(C组)、重度内眦赘皮组(D组)。分别测量内眦点(En)与泪小点(Lp)的间距(En-Lp)、En与外眦点(Ex)的间距(En-Ex),计算并分析4组研究对象En-Lp/En-Ex比值的差异。使用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线和曲线下面积(AUC)计算相邻两组间En-Lp/En-Ex比值的最佳截断值。结果A~D组研究对象En-Lp/En-Ex比值比较差异有显著性(F=623.660,P<0.01),同时任意两组间比较差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。区分无和轻度内眦赘皮、轻度和中度内眦赘皮、中度和重度内眦赘皮En-Lp/En-Ex比值的最佳截断值分别为0.20(AUC=0.699,95%CI=0.657~0.740,P<0.05)、0.17(AUC=0.800,95%CI=0.778~0.822,P<0.05)、0.14(AUC=0.787,95%CI=0.760~0.814,P<0.05)。结论En-Lp/En-Ex比值是中国汉族女性眼部美学测量的重要指标,具有较高的临床应用价值,可以为整形外科医生实施内眦赘皮矫正术提供数据参考。

Objective To measure an aesthetic index of medial canthus in Chinese Han women as a reference for plastic surgeons to perform epicanthoplasty.Methods A total of 1052 Chinese Han women aged 18-40 years were randomly divided into four groups according to the severity of epicanthus:no epicanthus group(group A),mild epicanthus group(group B),mode-rate epicanthus group(group C),and severe epicanthus group(group D).We measured the distance between endocanthion and lacrimal punctum(En-Lp)and the distance between endocanthion and exocanthion(En-Ex).The ratio of En-Lp/En-Ex was statistically analyzed and compared among the four groups.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve and the area under the curve(AUC)was used to calculate the optimal cut-off values between adjacent groups.Results The En-Lp/En-Ex was significantly different among the four groups(F=623.660,P<0.01)and between any two groups(P<0.05).The optimal cut-off values for distinguishing no and mild epicanthus,mild and moderate epicanthus,and moderate and severe epicanthus were 0.20(AUC=0.699,95%CI=0.657-0.740,P<0.05),0.17(AUC=0.800,95%CI=0.778-0.822,P<0.05),and 0.14(AUC=0.787,95%CI=0.760-0.814,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion En-Lp/En-Ex is an important index of eye aesthetics for Chinese Han women,which has high clinical application value and can serve as a reference for plastic surgeons to perform epicanthoplasty.
