思密达辅助治疗压疮效果的Meta分析

Effect of smecta in the treatment of pressure ulcers:a Meta-analysis

目的:系统评价思密达辅助治疗皮肤压疮的临床效果。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库。检索时间从各数据库建库至2021年6月30日。由2名科研人员筛选文献并提取数据资料,运用RevMan 5.3软件对数据进行分析。结果:共纳入21篇文献,涉及1182例病人。Meta分析结果显示,思密达治疗压疮临床总有效率高于常规护理[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.14,1.30),P<0.00001];压疮愈合时间短于常规护理[MD=-7.17,95%CI(-8.19,-6.14),P<0.00001]。结论:现有证据表明,思密达可提高压疮治疗的临床总有效率,缩短压疮愈合时间。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of smecta in adjuvant treatment of skin pressure ulcers.Methods:PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science,CNKI,WanFang Database and VIP were retrieved.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to June 30,2021.Screened literature and extracted data by two researchers.RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze the data.Results:A total of 21 articles involving 1182 patients were included.Meta-analysis results showed that the total clinical effective rate of smecta in the treatment of pressure ulcers was higher than that of conventional nursing[RR=1.22,95%CI(1.14,1.30),P<0.00001];the healing time of pressure ulcers was shorter than that of conventional nursing[MD=-7.17,95%CI(-8.19,-6.14),P<0.00001].Conclusions:Existing evidence indicates that smecta can increase the total clinical response rate and decrease the healing time of pressure ulcers.
