摘要
针对伊犁新天煤化工气化项目所采用的碎煤加压气化炉在短期运行后出现气化炉粗煤气出口处结焦、温度失真等问题,分析了气化炉出口结焦物的成分和气化炉中的物化过程,并从入炉煤煤质、工艺操作条件等方面与未出现此问题的同行业其他两家单位进行了对比分析。结果发现,煤质中挥发分含量、煤颗粒粒度、气化炉的运行压力以及气化炉出口温度是造成此问题的主要影响因素。后期通过相应的工艺操作条件调整和设备改造,使气化炉出口处结焦和出口温度失真问题得到了有效处置。
The crushed coal pressurized gasifier used in Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Gasification Project had such problems as coking and temperature distortion at the crude gas outlet after the short-term operation.The composition of its outlet coke and physicochemical process in the gasifier were analyzed and explored.Through the comparative analysis with two units in the same industry that had not encountered these problems from such aspects as feed coal quality and process operation conditions,it was concluded that the volatile content in coal,coal particle size,operating pressure of gasifier and outlet temperature of gasifier were the main influencing factors causing such problems.In view of such influential factors,through the adjustment of corresponding process operating conditions and equipment transformation in the later stage,the problems of coking and outlet temperature distortion at the outlet of the gasifier had been resolved effectively,further increasing the long-term operation time of the gasifier.
