焦炉气制费托油蜡联产液氨工艺中合成氨系统的提效改造 被引量:2

Efficiency improvement of ammonia system in the process of co-production of coke oven gas to Fischer-tropsch wax and liquid ammonia

摘要 为实现合成氨系统的提效增产,以某6万t/a费托油蜡联产12万t/a液氨项目为依托,介绍了焦炉气制费托油蜡联产液氨工艺流程及合成氨装置的提效改造情况。通过新增精脱硫至尾气转化管线,合成氨开车时间缩短约20 d,油氨联产全流程开车时间缩减至10 d;将两台富氮空气压缩机中的一台改造为纯氮气压缩机,直接将纯氮气送至氨合成工序,实现增产液氨1.25 t/h。 In order to improve the efficiency and increase the ammonia production,based on a 60000 t/a Fischer-tropsch oil wax co-generation of 120000 t/a liquid ammonia project,the process of co-production of coke oven gas to Fischer-tropsch oil wax and synthetic ammonia and the renovation for efficiency improvement of synthetic ammonia were briefly introduced.By adding a new pipeline from fine desulfurization to tail gas conversion,the ammonia start-up time was shortened by about 20 days,and the start-up time of the whole process of oil ammonia co-generation was shortened to 10 days;in addition,one of the two nitrogen enriched air compressors was transformed into a pure nitrogen compressor,which could directly send the pure nitrogen to the ammonia section,increasing the output of liquid ammonia by 1.25 t/h.
