绿色隧道评价体系研究

Evaluation System of Green Highway Tunnels

公路隧道是我国交通运输业的重要组成部分,针对现有单项技术规范丰富而面向隧道整体绿色评价缺失的问题,通过分析国内外隧道标准现状,借鉴绿色建筑发展经验,明确绿色隧道理念和“以人为本”的内涵,构建包含设计、施工、运营全寿命周期以及结构安全耐久、行车安全舒适、通行疏散便捷、资源节约利用、生态环境保护等方面的“五横三纵”绿色公路隧道评价体系,同时结合专家调研结果采用层次分析法计算各级指标权重,提出公路隧道绿色度评价等级,为推广普及绿色理念、增进行业参与者绿色共识、促进我国公路隧道高质量建设提供新思路。

Highway tunnels are an integral part of China′s transportation industry.Presently,the existing specifications for single item are rich,but the overall tunnel evaluation is missing.In this study,the current situation of global tunnel standards is analyzed and the notion of green building development is used as a reference to clarify the concept of green tunnels and their"human-oriented"connotation.Further,a green highway tunnel evaluation system is constructed that follows the eight aspects of tunnel design,tunnel construction,full-life cycle of tunnel operation,safe and durable tunnel structure,safe and comfortable driving in a tunnel,convenient evacuation from tunnel,resource conservation and utilization,and ecological environment protection.Based on the expert investigation results,weight of each level indicator is calculated using an analytic hierarchy process method,and the highway tunnel greenness evaluation grading is proposed.This will provide new ideas for popularizing the green concept,enhance the green consensus of industry participants,and promote high-quality highway tunnels construction in China.
