摘要
为得到不同燃料油池面积与热释放速率的数学关系式,针对国内外33起隧道火灾模型试验的火源种类、油池面积、热释放速率等数据进行系统分析,对比不同油池面积下不同火源燃料的热释放速率,以及不同醇类、烷烃和化石燃料的热释放速率,并进行小尺寸火灾试验,对90#汽油拟合的数学关系式进行验证。结果表明:1)国内隧道火灾模型试验的火源中化石燃料约占56%,醇类燃料约占31%,国外隧道火灾模型试验的火源中烷烃和化石燃料各占29%;2)油池面积越大,燃料燃烧速率、质量损失率及热释放速率越大,得到不同燃料的热释放速率和油池面积的线性关系计算公式及误差公式;3)相同油池面积下燃料热释放速率由大到小依次为0#柴油、正庚烷、90#汽油、99%酒精、甲醇,油池面积越大,五者之间的差异越明显。
The mathematical relationship between the fuel oil pool area and heat release rate is investigated by systematically analyzing tunnel fire types,oil pool sizes,and heat release rates in 33 cases globally.The heat release rates of various fuel sources(alcohols,alkane,and fossil)with varying oil pool areas are compared.Small-scale fire tests are performed to verify the fitting mathematical relation of#90 gasoline.The results show the following.(1)In the Chinese tunnel fire model test,fossil fuels and alcohols accounted for 56%and 31%,respectively,whereas alkanes and fossil fuels accounted for 29%in fire sources in other countries.(2)The larger the pool area,the greater the fuel combustion,mass loss,and heat release rates.Linear calculation and error formula of the heat release rate and oil pool area of various fuels are obtained and experimentally verified.(3)Under the same oil pool area,the fuel heat release rate order from most to least is#0 diesel,n-heptane,#90 gasoline,99%alcohol,and methanol.The differences between the five fuels are evident with an increasing oil pool area.
