我国农村养老服务提供中农民主体性缺失的研究综述

A Summary of the Research on the Lack of Farmers'Subjectivity in the Provision of Rural Elderly Care Services in China

在城镇化推动下,当前我国城乡倒置老龄化形势格局不断深化。而我国养老服务体系建设长期偏向城市,农村已成为我国养老服务问题的重点与难点所在。学界对农村养老服务的研究已取得大量成果,研究视角主要集中于人口学、社会学、公共管理学等学科。当前学界的研究主要是从对策视角进行切入,更多关注的是农村“养老资源短缺”及其应对措施,而对农民主体性的重视程度不够,更缺乏从农民主体性视角去研究农村养老服务。对此,我国农村养老服务今后的研究方向可以结合农民主体性与农民积极参与养老的过程,重点回应如下问题:第一,农民主体性的发挥在积极参与养老过程中的表现;第二,农民主体性在农民养老过程中的作用机制;第三,重塑农民主体性的措施。

Driven by urbanization,urban-rural inversion aging situation in China is deepening.The construction of elderly care service system in China has been biased towards cities for a long time,and rural areas have become the focus of elderly care service problems.The academic research on rural elderly care services has achieved a lot of results,and the research perspective mainly focuses on demography,sociology,public management and other disciplines.At present,the academic research is mainly from the perspective of countermeasures.It pays more attention to the“shortage of pension resources”in rural areas and its countermeasures,but does not pay enough attention to farmers subjectivity,nor does it study rural pension services from the perspective of farmers subjectivity.In this regard,the future research direction of rural elderly care service in China can be combined with the process of farmers subjectivity and farmers active participation in the elderly care,focusing on the following questions:first,the performance of farmers subjectivity in the process of active participation in the elderly care;second,the function mechanism of farmers subjectivity in the process of farmers pension;third,measures to reshape farmers subjectivity.
