医养结合背景下养老护理人才培养研究

Research on the Training of Elderly Care Nursing Talents under the Background of the Integrated Eldercare Services with Medical Care

医养结合养老模式对养老护理人才提出了更高要求。目前我国在养老护理人才培养培训、职业发展规划等方面还不够完善,需要借鉴日本、德国等发达国家经验,建立统一的医养结合型养老护理人才培养标准,明确课程设置、课程标准、师资要求等内容,并为医养结合型养老护理人员建立清晰的职业发展规划,严格准入条件和考试制度,明确工作职责和晋升通道,配套相应的法律法规及薪资待遇等保障,从而促进我国医养结合养老模式的稳步推进。

The mode of integrated eldercare services with medical care puts forward higher requirements for elderly care nursing talents.At present,China is not perfect in the training and career development planning of elderly care nursing talents.We need to learn from the experience of Japan,Germany and other developed countries,establish a unified training standard for elderly care nursing talents under the background of the integrated eldercare services with medical care,clarify the setting of curriculum,curriculum standards,teacher requirements and other contents,establish a clear career development plan for the elderly care staff,and strictly enforce the access conditions and examination system,clarify the job responsibilities and promotion channels,and provide the corresponding laws and regulations,salary and remuneration and other guarantees,so as to promote the steady progress of the mode of integrated eldercare services with medical care in China.
