利用Ad-Chrastil半经验模型拟合分散紫在超临界CO_(2)中溶解度

摘要 采用动态法在353.15~383.15 K、14~22 MPa条件下,测定了分散紫8和分散紫17在超临界CO_(2)中的溶解度,探讨了分散染料在超临界CO_(2)中溶解度影响因素。采用Ad-Chrastil经验模型对实验结果进行拟合关联,并利用MST半经验方程进行比对。结果表明,分散紫8在超临界CO_(2)中的溶解度范围为3.03~5.72μmol/mol,分散紫8在超临界CO_(2)中的溶解度随温度升高而升高,随压力的增大而增大。分散紫17在超临界CO_(2)中的溶解度范围为4.86~6.96μmol/mol,分散紫17在超临界CO_(2)的溶解度随着温度的升高先升高后降低,随着压力的升高先升高后降低。对分散紫8和分散紫17采用Ad-Chrastil关联,对溶解度的预测均优于MST。 The solubility of disperse violet 8 and disperse violet 17 in supercritical CO_(2) was determined by dynamic method under the conditions of temperature 353.15 to 383.15 K and pressure 14 to 22 MPa.The influencing factors of the solubility of disperse dyes in supercritical CO_(2) were discussed.The results were fitted and correlated by Ad-Chrastil empirical model,and compared by MST semi empirical equation.The results showed that the solubility range of disperse violet 8 in supercritical CO_(2) is 3.03 to 5.72μmol/mol,and the solubility increased with the increasing of temperature and pressure.The solubility range of disperse violet 17 in supercritical CO_(2) is 4.86 to 6.96μmol/mol,and the solubility increased first and then decreased with the increasing of temperature and pressure.The prediction of solubility using Ad-Chrastil correlation for disperse violet 8 and disperse violet 17 are better than MST.
