摘要
在制造业工厂中,不合理的异常用气是导致能源浪费的原因之一。为解决异常用气问题,提出了一种节能方法,基于采集的产线用气数据,进行数据抽取、数据训练、数据模型建立、异常结果识别等数据处理,实现智能化异常用气提醒,从而避免不合理的异常用气导致的能源损耗。
Unreasonable and abnormal usage of gas is one of the causes of energy waste in most of manufacturing plants.In order to solve the problems of abnormal usage of gas,this paper proposed an energy-saving method,which can realize an intelligent warning of abnormal gas consumption through data processing of data extraction,data training,data model building and abnormal result identification based on the collected energy consumption data of the production line to avoid energy consumption caused by the unreasonable and abnormal usage of gas.
