摘要
煤矿掘进系统是确保煤矿安全生产的重要系统之一。针对50327巷过断层应力区时,出现顶板破碎下沉和支护失效的现象,分析了原支护设计存在的主要问题,提出了基于“锚索吊梁+金属网+超前钢针”联合支护技术的优化方案。从实际应用效果来看,采取优化后方案控制了顶板下沉破碎及支护失效现象,取得了显著的应用成效。
Coal mine driving system is one of the important systems to ensure coal mine safety production.In view of the phenomenon of roof crushing and subsidence and support failure when 50327 roadway passed through the fault stress area,this paper analyzed the main problems existing in the original support design,and put forward an optimization scheme based on the combined support technology of"anchor cable hanging beam+metal mesh+advance steel needle".From the practical application effect,the optimized scheme has controlled the roof subsidence,crushing and support failure,and achieved remarkable application results.
