摘要
为了保证煤矿生产安全,同时判断地层条件,需要提前施工水文地质勘察孔采取岩芯。绳索取芯钻探作为一种先进的钻探方法,是指取岩芯装满内管时,不需要将孔内的钻杆全部提出,而使用配套的提升绞车,通过钢丝绳连接打捞器,放入孔内钻杆中心,将装有岩芯的取芯内管提至地面,从而获得岩芯。在施工过程中,传统单套取芯工艺起下钻次数多,升降钻具的辅助时间长,钻进效率低,工人劳动强度大,岩芯采取率低。为了保证工期,节省成本,在此次施工中首次采用绳索取芯新工艺,若取得成功,可以推广到其他矿区水文孔施工中。
In order to ensure the safety of coal mine production and determine the formation conditions,it is necessary to construct hydrogeological survey holes in advance to get cores.As an advanced drilling method,rope core-sampling drilling means that when the core is filled with the inner pipe,it is not necessary to lift all the drill pipes in the hole,but use the matching hoisting winch to connect the overshot through the wire rope,put it into the center of the inner drill pipe in the hole,and lift the core-filled inner tube to the ground to obtain the core.During the construction process,the traditional single set of coring technology has many trips,the auxiliary time of the lifting drill is long,the drilling efficiency is low,the labor intensity of the workers is high,and the core-sampling rate is low.In order to ensure the construction period and save costs,the new rope coring process was adopted for the first time in this construction.If it succeeds,it can be extended to other mining areas for hydrological hole construction.
