教学秘书视角下的民办高校毕业论文(设计)管理工作探析

Analysis on the Management of Graduation Thesis(Design)of Private Colleges from the Perspective of Teaching Secretary

毕业论文(设计)管理是当前高校本科教学管理中的重要教学工作,通过撰写毕业论文(设计),可将学生所学理论知识与实践经验相结合,培养学生综合素质。教学秘书在毕业论文(设计)管理中全程参与,对毕业论文(设计)的管理起着重要作用。本文从毕业论文(设计)管理中民办高校教学秘书的主要工作内容、民办高校毕业论文(设计)管理过程中存在的不足和教学秘书视角下加强毕业论文管理工作的建议这几个方面进行研究,从而加强毕业论文(设计)的管理工作,解决民办高校教学秘书管理毕业论文(设计)中存在的问题,实现民办高校教学培养目标,提升民办高校办学质量。

Graduation thesis(design)management is an important teaching work in the current university undergraduate teaching management.Through writing graduation thesis(design),students can learn the theoretical knowledge and combine it with practical experience,which cultivates students’comprehensive quality.Teaching secretaries participate in the management of graduation thesis(design)and play an important role in the management of graduation thesis(design).This article mainly discusses the teaching secretary’s main job content in the management of graduation thesis(design)in private colleges,the defects in the management process and the teaching secretary perspective in order to strengthen the management of graduation thesis,solve the problems existing in the teaching secretary management graduation thesis(design)in private colleges and universities,achieve the goal of teaching training and improve the quality of private colleges and universities.
