摘要
越来越多高校纷纷加强对校园文化工作的重视程度,校园文化建设在高校教育中的地位和作用不断提升,同时也对高校工作产生了深刻影响。文章在分析校园文化建设特征和高校行政管理现状的基础上,深入探究校园文化建设对高校行政管理的影响,以便实现两者之间的有效融合,通过校园文化建设有效促进行政管理工作。
More and more colleges and universities have strengthened the importance of campus culture work.Campus culture construction in the status and role of college education is constantly improving,and has a profound impact on colleges and universities.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of campus culture construction and the current situation of university administration,this paper explores the influence of campus culture construction on university administration,so as to realize the effective integration between the two and effectively promote the administration work through campus culture construction.
