摘要
民办高等学校关于高层次人才的引进和管理,是一个很具有现实意义的应用型课题。从大众认知而言,高校高层次人才引进是补充师资力量的现实需要,也是高校建设、发展的内在要求,因为人才关系到一个高校未来发展的实力,是构成高校社会声誉的基础。本文旨在探析民办高校面临的人才引进和管理方面的困境,找出合理的解决办法,以期达到民办高校能发挥自身的特点以及优势,克服人才引进以及管理方面难题,实现创新,吸引高层次的人才加入,为学校发挥贡献力量的目的。
The introduction of high-level personnel in private colleges or universities management is a very realistic applied subject.In terms of public perception,high-level talents in colleges and universities is supplementary to the faculty reality need,also the inherent requirement of construction and development of colleges and universities,because talent is related to the future development and forms the foundation of social reputation of colleges and universities.This paper aims to explore the difficulties in talent introduction and management faced by private colleges and universities,and tries to find reasonable solutions,in order to give play to their own characteristics and advantages,overcome the difficulties in talent introduction and management,achieve innovation,attract high-level talents to join and make contributions to the school.
