摘要
伴随经济全球化以及市场竞争的加剧,企业要求员工投入更多的时间和精力,这与人们期望更多地承担家庭角色以及家庭角色对家庭成员的要求势必产生冲突。这种冲突的日趋明显以及被越来越多的社会成员感知,促使人们重新思考工作、家庭相互关系问题。工作-家庭冲突是一种双向性的冲突,可以分为work-to-family conflict和family-to-work conflict。时间、压力、行为是划分工作-家庭冲突3种典型维度,工作-家庭冲突有time-based conflict、strain-based conflict、behavior-based conflict三种形式。通过研究工作家庭冲突的影响因素,可以针对性地采取措施来有效降低工作家庭冲突,从而提升居民幸福感。
With the intensification of economic globalization and market competition,enterprises require employees to spend more time and energy in work,which is bound to conflict with people's expectation to assume more family roles and the requirements of family roles on family members.This kind of conflict becomes more and more obvious and is perceived by more and more members of society,prompting people to rethink the problem of work-family conflict.Work-family conflict is bidirectional,including work-family conflict(WFC)when work role interferes with family role,and family-work conflict(FWC)when family-related role interferes with work role.There are three forms of work-family conflict:time-based conflict,strain-based conflict and behavior-based conflict.By studying the influencing factors of work-family conflict,targeted measures can be taken to effectively reduce work-family conflict and improve residents'happiness.
