摘要
在发展迅猛的互联网经济下,无论是消费者还是产品供应商都在不断的适应这一新的购物环境。然而在传统企业入驻电商平台的同时,调味品行业也面临着各种各样的难题,酱油料酒醋这一类日常调味品,要通过互联网平台的巨大流量获取自己的利益转化,更是一个新的挑战。基于此,本文主要从日常基本数据、销售数据、店内活动、站内推广、客单转化等方面分析了调味品五里坊拼多多旗舰店的运营现状,并从店铺装修、流量转化、品牌影响、客户服务等方面分析了其在运营过程中存在的一些问题。通过对这些问题的摸排和分析,提出了针对性且具有可行性的解决对策,旨在改善五里坊拼多多旗舰店的运营现状,为其谋求更好的发展。此外,希望借研究能够对整个企业有一个更好的认知和定位,为企业的发展也有很大的帮助。
In the rapidly developing Internet economy,both consumers and product suppliers are constantly adapting to this new shopping environment.However,while traditional enterprises are entering the e-commerce platform,the condiment industry is also facing various problems.Daily condiments such as soy sauce,cooking wine and vinegar need to obtain their own benefits through the huge traffic of the Internet platform which is a new challenge for them.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the operation status of the condiment Wulifang Pinduoduo flagship store from the aspects of daily basic data,sales data,in-store activities,in-station promotion,customer order conversion,etc.This paper also analyzes some problems existing in the operation process from the aspects of store decoration,flow conversion,brand influence and customer service.Through the analysis of these problems,targeted and feasible solutions are put forward,aiming to improve the operation status of Wulifang Pinduoduo flagship store and seek better development for it.In addition,it is hoped that the research will be able to have a better understanding and positioning of the entire enterprise,which will also be of great help to the development of the enterprise.
