谢安镇农村剩余劳动力培训实效性调查

A Survey on the Effectiveness of Rural Surplus Labor Training in Xie'an Town

随着新农村的全面建设,对农村剩余劳动力的职业技术水平要求不断提高,建立健全的农村剩余劳动力相关培训机制,加速农村剩余劳动力培训是当务之急。在此背景下,本篇论文以谢安镇为调研对象,以农村剩余劳动力培训实效性为主题,使用问卷调查、实地调研、访谈等方式掌握当地农村剩余劳动力培训现状,得出该镇农村剩余劳动力对培训的需求远远大于社会对农村剩余劳动力培训的供给。同时,通过对调查结果的解析发现,谢安镇政府与乡镇企业共同助力农村剩余劳动力培训取得极大成效,剩余劳动力人群培训满意度较高。但是,谢安镇在培训人员、培训课程设计、宣传培训等方面还存在不足,本文也为此提出相关解决措施,以助力谢安镇农村剩余劳动力培训更加具有实效性。

With the comprehensive construction of the new countryside,the requirement of the vocational and technical level of the rural surplus labor force is constantly improved,so it is urgent to establish and perfect the relevant training mechanism of the rural surplus labor force and accelerate the training of the rural surplus labor force.Under this background,this paper takes Xie'an Town as the research object and the effectiveness of rural surplus labor training as the theme.It uses questionnaire survey,field survey and interview to master the current situation of local rural surplus labor training.It is concluded that the demand for training of rural surplus labor force is far greater than the supply of training of rural surplus labor force.At the same time,through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that the government of Xie'an Town and township enterprises jointly help the rural surplus labor training make great achievements,and the training satisfaction of surplus labor force group is relatively high.However,there are still deficiencies in the training of personnel,training course design,publicity and training in Xie'an Town.This paper also puts forward relevant measures to help the rural surplus labor training in Xie'an Town become more effective.
