基于创新视角的混合所有制并购绩效研究

Research on the Performance of Mixed Ownership M&A from the Perspective of Innovation

针对当前经济的新常态发展,中国的经济状况面临增长动力减弱问题,社会发展逐渐淘汰了旧的发展方向;在对国有企业混合所有制并购绩效的研究中,创新视角的应用局限在学术水平的研究,企业实际应用和可持续性的发展没有得到体现。本文根据相关理论知识,复合归纳演绎法、文献研究法、个案分析法等分析方法,在新形势下的国企革新之上对混合所有制的基础常态和国家政策展开了系统化的探讨。结果表明,混合所有制并购的实施能够在一定程度上提高企业的自主能力和创新能力,统筹国营企业和民营企业特点,促进了改革企业的持续性发展,促进了企业间的协同合作。本研究基于创新视角,对混合所有制并购的问题提出了对应的意见和建议,以期对中国国企和民企的深化改革及可持续发展具有一定参考意义。

In view of the current"new normal"economic development,China's economic situation is faced with the problem of weakening growth momentum,and social development has gradually eliminated the old development direction.In the research on the performance of mixed ownership M&A of state-owned enterprises,the application of innovation perspective is limited to academic research,and the practical application and sustainable development of enterprises are not reflected.Based on relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper adopts inductive and deductive method,literature research method,case analysis method and other analysis methods.It systematically discusses the basic normality and national policy of mixed ownership based on the reform of state-owned enterprises under the new situation.The results show that the implementation of mixed ownership M&A can improve the independent ability and innovation ability of enterprises to a certain extent,coordinate the characteristics of state-owned enterprises and private enterprises,promote the sustainable development of reform enterprises,and enhance the cooperation between enterprises.Based on the perspective of innovation,this study puts forward corresponding opinions and suggestions on the issue of mixed ownership mergers and acquisitions,with a view to having certain reference significance for the deepening reform and sustainable development of China's state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.
