Analysis of Cost Control Focusing on Construction Stage under EPC Mode--Taking the Coal Storage Silo Project of a Factory as an Example

建筑工程行业的发展趋势处于良好状态,但是随之而来的还有市场竞争力的增加。建筑工程企业想要在市场中占有重要地位,并在保证建设质量的同时获得良好的经济效益,在工程运行模式及管理工作方面就要做出较大的转变和优化。而近年来随着工程建设逐渐增长,在建设期间EPC模式也逐渐受到了建筑行业的重视。针对普遍观点只重视EPC模式下设计阶段的成本控制而忽略该模式下施工阶段成本控制的情况进行分析论证该模式下施工阶段的重要地位,强调施工阶段成本控制的重要性及提出施工阶段成本控制改善措施。论文首先介绍EPC模式相关概念以及该模式和传统的模式的比较,来主要介绍该模式及其在施工阶段的主要内容与特点(此句不通)。其次重点研究EPC模式下施工阶段的运用,提出该模式施工阶段成本控制的优化措施。最后引入实例进行分析论证,阐明EPC模式下以施工阶段为重点进行成本控制的成效。

The development trend of the construction engineering industry is in a good state,but it is followed by the increasing market competitiveness.In order to occupy an important position in the market,and ensure the quality of construction while obtaining good economic benefits,construction engineering enterprises must make a great change and optimization in the project operation mode and management work.In recent years,with the gradual increase of engineering constructions,EPC mode has gradually received attention in the construction industry during construction.Generally people only pay attention to the cost control in the design stage of EPC mode and ignore the cost control in the construction stage,so this paper analyzes and demonstrates the important position of the construction stage of EPC mode,emphasizes the importance of the cost control in the construction stage and come up with the cost control problems and solutions in the construction stage.It first introduces EPC mode related concepts and comparison between EPC mode and traditional mode,mainly introduces EPC mode and its main content and characteristics in the construction stage.Secondly,it focuses on the application of EPC mode in the construction stage and the optimization measures of cost control in the construction stage of EPC mode.Finally,an example is introduced to illustrate the effectiveness of cost control in EPC mode focusing on construction stage.
