基于地域文化的餐具设计研究--以成都鹃城文化为例

Tableware Design Based on Regional Culture--Taking the Azalea City Culture of Chengdu as an Example

文章选取地域文化为切入点,分析其在餐具设计中的现状,研究地域文化餐具设计要素与设计原则,以成都鹃城文化为例,根据桌面研究法、实地考察法等方法挖掘鹃城背后的地域文化符号,结合当代年轻人饮食文化习惯,从形态、色彩、材质等多方面探讨鹃城文化餐具设计,同时也为地域文化餐具设计提供一定的设计思路。

The article selects the regional culture as the breakthrough,analyzes its present situation in the tableware design,and studies the regional culture tableware design essential factor and the design principle.Taking Azalea city culture as an example,this paper excavates the regional cultural symbols behind the Azalea city with the methods of desktop research and field investigation.Combined with the dietary cultural habits of contemporary young people,it probes into the design of cultural tableware in the Azalea city from various aspects such as shape,color,material,etc.and also provides certain design mentality for the regional culture tableware design.
