摘要
通过对5块新型装配式钢筋混凝土部分叠合板进行受力性能的试验,对各试件从开裂、屈服到极限承载3个阶段的破坏形态、裂缝分布以及挠度变形进行研究。结果表明:新型装配式钢筋混凝土部分叠合板结构受力性能良好,具有二阶段受力特征。先简支后连续,跨中部分不叠合,仅支座1/4范围叠合,缓减了全叠合板的跨中应力超前现象,提高了板结构刚度。叠合面性能良好,没有剪切破坏现象,与全现浇混凝土结构性能差异较小。独特的带孔结构设计,对构件受弯性能影响较小。
The failure modes,crack distribution and deflection deformation of the specimens in three stages,from cracking,yielding to ultimate bearing capacity,are studied by testing the mechanical properties of five new partially laminated fabricated reinforced concrete slabs.The results show that the new type of partially laminated fabricated reinforced concrete slabs can be used,and has two-stage stress characteristics.It is simply supported first and then connected,and to a certain extent,reduces the“mid-span stress predominance”phenomenon of the fully composite slab,which is in accordance with the law of internal force redistribution.The superposition surface has a good performance without shear failure,and the performance of the structure is not different from that of the cast-in-situ concrete.The unique design of perforated structure has little influence on the bending performance of the component.
