摘要
通过对电子鼻技术原理及模式识别方法的概述,综述了电子鼻检测技术在白酒成品中的应用与发展,并对白酒与国外相近酒品的品牌、品质、香型及酒龄等方面进行阐述。结合当前研究现状,发现存在问题并提出建议,以期为白酒的快速鉴别提供理论参考依据。
Based on the introduction of electronic nose technology and pattern recognition methods,the application and development of electronic nose detection technology in liquor products were reviewed,and the brand,quality,flavor and age of liquor and similar foreign liquor were described.Combined with the current research status,the existing problems were found,and suggestions were put forward to provide theoretical reference for liquor rapid identification.
