介绍了燕麦相关产品的工艺操作,阐述了加工现状及新兴技术在其中的应用和发展,以期为未来燕麦产品的加工提供理论依据和参考。
The process operation of oat related products was introduced,and the processing status and the application and development of emerging technologies were expounded,in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for the processing of oat products in the future.
