摘要 基于气相色谱-质谱联用技术(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)建立了同时测定7种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(phthalate esters,PAEs)的方法。利用乙腈-环己烷混合溶液作为萃取剂提取目标物,与甲醇、乙腈等萃取剂对比分析,并进行了液液萃取后固相萃取的萃取柱、淋洗剂的筛选,最优萃取次数的确定,最后对实际样品进行测定。结果表明:乙腈-环己烷混合溶液作为萃取剂较甲醇、乙腈回收率高,采用弗罗里硅土柱作为固相萃取柱,丙酮作为淋洗剂的净化方法具有较好的回收率与精密度,且前处理过程简单,分析时间少,试验成本低,准确度高,能够实现大量及快速的检测。 A method for the simultaneous determination of seven phthalate esters(PAEs) was established based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Acetonitrile cyclohexane mixed solution was used as extractant to extract the target,and compared with methanol,acetonitrile and other extractants.The extraction column and eluent of solid-phase extraction after liquid-liquid extraction were screened,and the optimal extraction times were determined.Finally,the actual samples were determined.The results showed that the recovery of acetonitrile cyclohexane mixed solution as extractant was higher than that of methanol and acetonitrile.The purification method of solid-phase extraction combined with Florisil and acetone had better recovery and precision,simple pretreatment process,less analysis time,low test cost and high accuracy,and a large number of rapid detection could be achieved.
