火星探测任务中低温推进剂弹性保障策略

摘要 为确保在当年发射窗口内具备多次组织加注、发射的机会,成功实施火星探测任务,亟需解决低温推进剂弹性保障问题。结合任务特点,分析了第一窗口准时发射、未加注前推迟发射、加注后推迟发射和加注泄回后重新组织发射4种发射情况;据此建立了低温推进剂筹措模型,识别了推进剂保障关键点;结合生产实际制定了多窗口保障策略,即通过统筹推进剂筹措计划、优化系统准备工作和提升筹措过程可靠性,实现低温推进剂弹性保障。实践证明,弹性保障策略实现了低温推进剂的有效、可靠保障。 In order to ensure that there are many opportunities to organize refueling and launch during the Mars exploration year and successfully implement the Mars exploration mission,it is urgent to solve the problem of elastic support of cryogenic propellant. Combined with the mission characteristics,four launch situations were analyzed:on-time launch in the first window,delayed launch before refueling,delayed launch after refueling and reorganized launch after refueling leakage. Based on this,the cryogenic propellant raising model was established,and the key points of propellant support were identified. Combined with the production practice,the multi window support strategy was formulated,that was to realize the elastic support of cryogenic propellant by coordinating the propellant financing plan,optimizing the system preparation and improving the reliability of the raising process. The practice showed that the elastic support strategy realizes the effective and reliable support of low-temperature propellant.
