摘要
介绍了封胶电镀电泳、贴胶电镀电泳、点镀电泳、喷墨电泳和镭雕电泳5种选择性电镀电泳的工艺流程,从产品外观、功能、成本、制程难易程度等方面分析了它们用于电子连接器的可行性,最终选择镭雕电泳进行量产。
Five kinds of selective electroplating and electrocoating processes i.e.adhesive sealing/electroplating/electrocoating,adhesive taping/electroplating/electrocoating,spot electroplating/spot electrocoating,ink jetting/electrocoating,and radium carving/electrocoating were introduced.The feasibility of them in wiring of electronic connectors were analyzed with respect to appearance and function of product,investment cost,and operability.The radium carving/electrocoating process was selected for mass production.
