摘要
针对压铸铝喇叭板表面的彩色化学氧化膜层往往色泽不均匀、合格率低的问题,提出改用布刷轮抛光、中性除油剂除油和喷砂3种前处理工艺。最终确定采用80目玻璃珠喷砂,后续化学氧化获得的氧化膜呈均匀的黄色,驻波比小于4。
Aiming at the problems i.e. low qualification with nonuniform luster of color chemical oxidation film on the surface of die cast aluminum horn plate, three pretreatment processes including polishing with cloth brush wheel, degreasing with neutral degreaser, and sandblasting were proposed as a substitute for the previous process. It was determined to pretreat the die cast aluminum horn plate by sandblasting with 80-mesh glass beads. The chemical oxide film obtained thereby was uniform and yellow with a standing wave ratio below 4.
