The Bie-Modern Aesthetic Characteristics of Network Literature

我们目前处于一种前现代、现代、后现代杂糅的“别现代”社会形态中,网络文学的叙事审美契合了这种语境,这种语境塑造了网络文学的叙事审美特征。在叙事上,网络文学构建了一个前现代、现代和后现代同时共存、文明博弈的时空,不同文明既“对立冲突”又“和谐共谋”,体现出时间空间化的特点。在人物塑造上呈现英雄化倾向,且英雄形象体现出多样化、凡俗化的特点,体现出一种后现代娱乐性价值追求、现代个人主义张扬和前现代宗亲伦理观念和儒家基本道德复归的杂糅、复杂而折中的别现代价值导向。在审美体验上,以根植于前现代中国文化土壤的“乐感”文化为根基,借用前现代文化母题,采取后现代的表现手法,生成了“爽”的审美形态范畴。这一审美形态范畴与大众在别现代时期多元思想涌动、内在对立紧张的社会精神结构下的需求相应和,体现了超越阻滞和有限、追求自由和无限的精神向度。

We are currently in the Bie-modern society which is a mixture of pre-modern,modern and postmodern social forms.The narrative aesthetics of network literature fits the context which shapes the narrative aesthetic characteristics of network literature.In narrative,network literature constructs a space and time for the coexistence of pre-modern,modern and post-modern society as well as a civilization game.Different civilizations are conflicting and harmonious at once,which is characterized by the spatialization of time.In characterization,it presents a tendency to heroism characterized by diversified and secularized heroic images,a reflection of the Biemodern value of blending,complexity and compromise embodied in the post-modern entertainment spirit,the modern provocative individualism and the pre-modern clan ethics and Confucius moral principle.As for aesthetic experience,based on the“pleasure culture”rooted in the soil of pre-modern Chinese culture,the aesthetic category of“cool”has been generated by borrowing pre-modern cultural motif and post-modern techniques.This aesthetic category corresponds to the need of the public under the surging multiple thoughts and social and spiritual structure of inner tension in the Bie-modern era,reflecting the spiritual dimension of transcending block and limitation in pursuing freedom and infinity.
