摘要
当今世界地下水问题已十分突出,但由于其“不可见性”,各国对于地下水问题的重视程度普遍不够。文章从全球视角出发,从资源枯竭、水质污染加剧、生态支撑能力下降三个方面,研究梳理了当今世界面临的主要地下水问题,并从加强调查监测、制定管理政策、含水层精细化管理、改革水价机制四个方面提出解决策略。
The world nowadays is facing severe groundwater problems.However,due to their“invisibility”,most countries in the world have not taken groundwater problems seriously.From a global perspective,this paper reviews current groundwater problems regarding ground water depletion,water quality degradation and its diminishing supporting capability for ecosystems.Recommendations are proposed including strengthening survey and monitoring,formulating management policies,detailed management of aquifers and reforming water price mechanism.
