0~3 d新生儿4项心肌酶参考区间的建立研究

摘要 目的建立北京市密云区0~3 d新生儿血清α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的参考区间。方法选择2019-2020年在该院分娩0~3 d健康新生儿215例,采集血清,采用贝克曼AU680全自动生化分析仪对血清α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平进行检测。将所得的检测结果剔除离群值后进行统计学分析,自建参考区间,随机选择男、女各20例验证该参考区间。结果0~3 d新生儿血清α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、LDH参考区间分别为213~493、108~614、12~40、304~637 U/L。结论0~3 d新生儿血清α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、LDH等心肌酶谱参考区间建立适用,且十分必要。 Objective To establish the reference interval of serum α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)in 0-3 days newborns in Miyun district,Beijing.Methods The serum of 215 healthy newborns who delivered in the hospital for 0-3 days from 2019 to 2020 were selected.Serum samples of α-HBDH,CK,CK-MB and LDH level were detected by Beckman AU680 automatic biochemical analyzer.Statistical analysis was conducted after the outliers were removed from the test results.A self-established reference interval was established,and 20 cases of male and female were randomly selected to verify the reference interval.Results The reference intervals of serumα-HBDH,CK,CK-MB and LDH in newborns at 0-3 days were 213-493(U/L),108-614(U/L),12-40(U/L),304-634(U/L),respectively.Conclusion It is necessary to establish the reference interval of serumα-HBDH,CK,CK-MB and LDH of newborns at 0-3 days.
