池塘草鱼脆化及品质提升技术试验 被引量:2

摘要 草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)是中国传统的人工养殖鱼类,生长速度相对其他鱼类较快,产量占内陆鱼类养殖产量的40%左右。通过草鱼脆化,给草鱼喂养不同的食物品种结构,投喂蚕豆使其发生性状改变,成熟鱼体肉质会更加紧密实在,鱼肉弹性和韧性增强,入口爽脆,提高了草鱼的经济附加值。该试验在山东省鱼台县渔业养殖公司进行了草鱼脆化及品质综合提升技术研究试验,通过科学管理和合理投喂,把防疫和有机养殖技术结合起来,并在试验的同时开展了草鱼“四联疫苗”疾病综合防治技术,草鱼养殖成活率达80%以上,取得了良好的试验效果。 Ctenopharyngodon idella is a traditional artificial cultured fish in China.The growth rate is relatively faster than other fish,and the output accounts for about 40% of the inland fish production.Through Ctenopharyngodon idella embrittlement,Ctenopharyngodon idella are fed with different food varieties and structures,and broad beans are fed to change their characters.The meat quality of mature fish will be more compact and solid,the elasticity and toughness of fish meat will be enhanced,and the entrance will be crisp,which improves the economic added value of grass carp.The trial Yutai County in Shandong Province fishery breeding company for Ctenopharyngodon idella embrittlement and upgrading quality comprehensive test technology research,through scientific management and reasonable feeding,combine and epidemic prevention and organic farming techniques,and at the same time of test was carried out by Ctenopharyngodon idella "quadruple vaccine" comprehensive disease prevention and control technology,Ctenopharyngodon idella aquaculture survival rate above 80%,and has obtained the good experimental effect.
