不同饵料鱼对鳜生长效果的影响 被引量:1

Effects of different diets on the growth of Siniperca chuatsi

摘要 该研究以鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)为受试对象,探讨给鳜饲喂不同的饵料与对其生长性能的影响。试验选取体质量相近、体况较好、健康的鳜幼鱼150尾,随机分为3个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复10尾鳜。各处理组鳜幼鱼分为饲喂鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)、鳙(Aristichthysnobilis)及二者的混合物。试验期30d,试验结束检测鳜增重率、特定生长率、成活率、饵料系数等生长性能指标及肝体比、脏体比等形体指标。结果表明,混合饵料鱼组的鳜增重率比鲢饵料组和鳙饵料组显著提高了15.25%、18.45%(P<0.05);混合饵料鱼组的鳜特定生长率比鲢饵料组和鳙饵料组显著提高了14.29%、20.00%(P<0.05);混合饵料鱼组的鳜饵料系数比鲢饵料组和鳙饵料组显著降低了15.65%、17.45%(P<0.05);混合饵料鱼组的鳜蛋白质效率比鲢饵料组和鳙饵料组显著提高了8.11%、11.09%(P<0.05)。不同饵料鱼对鳜的肝体比有提高的趋势,但未达到显著的水平(P>0.05);不同饵料鱼对鳜的肥满度及成活率未产生显著性影响(P>0.05);混合饵料鱼组的鳜的脏体比相比鲢饵料组和鳙饵料组显著提高了24.79%、29.97%(P<0.05)。综上所述,由鲢与鳙组成的混合饵料鱼可以显著改善鳜的生长性能及形体指标。 In this study,Siniperca chuatsi was used as subjects to investigate the effects of feeding different diet on growth performance of Siniperca chuatsi.One hundred and fifty healthy juvenile Siniperca chuatsi with similar body weight and good body condition were randomly divided into 3 treatment groups with 5 replicates per group and 10 Siniperca chuatsi per replicate.Juvenile Siniperca chuatsi in each treatment group were divided into feeding Hypophthalmichthys molitrix,Aristichthysnobilis and the mixture of the two.The experiment lasted for 30 days.At the end of the experiment,growth performance indexes of Siniperca chuatsi,such as weight gain rate,specific growth rate,survival rate,feed coefficient,and physique indexes such as liver body ratio and viscera body ratio were detected.The results showed that the weight gain rate of Siniperca chuatsi in mixed diet group was significantly increased by 15.25% and 18.45%(P<0.05);The specific growth rate of Siniperca chuatsi in the mixed diet group was significantly increased by 14.29% and 20.00%(P<0.05);The feed coefficient of Siniperca chuatsi in mixed diet group was significantly decreased by 15.65% and 17.45%(P<0.05);The protein efficiency of Siniperca chuatsi in mixed diet group was significantly increased by 8.11% and 11.09%(P<0.05).The hepatosomatic ratio of Siniperca chuatsi to fish fed with different diets tended to increase,but did not reach a significant level(P<0.05);The fatness and survival rate of Siniperca chuatsi were not significantly affected by different diets(P<0.05);The viscera of Siniperca chuatsi in the mixed diet group were significantly increased by 24.79% and 29.97%(P<0.05).In conclusion,the mixed bait fish composed of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix and Aristichthysnobilis can significantly improve the growth performance and body indexes of Siniperca chuatsi.
