慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者围术期护理中加速康复外科的应用及满意度分析

Application and Satisfaction Analysis of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的分析加速康复外科在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取该院2020年7月—2021年6月收治的66例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,以护理方法不同分组,给予常规护理者归入对比组(n=33)、采纳加速康复外科护理者记作研究组(n=33),比较两组护理应用效果。结果与对比组比较,研究组抑郁评分(29.55±2.58)分、焦虑评分(32.69±2.24)分、饥饿评分(1.33±0.55)分和口渴评分(1.51±0.69)分均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=19.216、22.199、7.627、11.036,P<0.05);与对比组比较,研究组住院时间(6.55±0.85)d、住院费用(8552.41±363.52)元均更少,恶心呕吐、鼻腔粘连等相关并发症发生率3.03%更低,差异有统计学意义(t=7.146、18.842,χ^(2)=3.995,P<0.05);研究组患者生理舒适度(22.05±2.14)分、生理独立性(23.51±2.67)分、心理支持(23.41±2.76)分、情感(23.51±2.93)分、疼痛(23.09±2.81)分和总分(109.68±3.72)分均更高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.884、9.419、9.656、8.998、8.308、26.022,P<0.05);与对比组比较,研究组护理满意度100.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.583,P=0.032)。结论慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者围术期护理中应用快速康复外科护理,有助缓解患者术前不适症状,优化临床指标,提高早期恢复质量及护理满意度,因此,快速康复外科护理可在慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者围术期护理中推广、施行。

Objective To analyze the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative nursing of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods Randomly selected 66 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were included in the hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 as the study objects,and the nursing methods were divided into different groups.Those who gave regular caregivers were classified into the comparison group(n=33),and those who adopted accelerated rehabilitation surgery were recorded as the study group(n=33),the nursing application effects between the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the depression score(29.55±2.58)points,anxiety score(32.69±2.24)points and hunger score(1.33±0.55)points and thirsty score(1.51±0.69)points in the study group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(t=19.216,22.199,7.627,11.036,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had less hospitalization time(6.55±0.85)d and hospitalization cost(8552.41±363.52)yuan,the incidence of nausea and vomiting,nasal adhesion and other related complications was lower at 3.03%,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.146,18.842,χ^(2)=3.995,P<0.05).In the study group,the scores of physiological comfort(22.05±2.14)points,physiological independence(23.51±2.67)points,psychological support(23.41±2.76)points,emotion(23.51±2.93)points and pain(23.09±2.81)points and total score(109.68±3.72)points were higher,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.884,9.419,9.656,8.998,8.308,26.022,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.583,P=0.032).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the perioperative nursing of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can help relieve the patients'preoperative symptoms,optimize clinical indicators,and improve the quality of early recovery and nursing satisfaction.Therefore,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can be promoted and implemented as a recommendation in the perioperative nursing of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps.
