分析复合保温护理措施在腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者手术室护理中应用的效果

Analysis on the Effect of Compound Heat Preservation Nursing Measures in the Nursing of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Hysterectomy in the Operating Room

目的对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者手术室护理中实施复合保温护理措施产生的应用效果做出分析。方法随机选取2019年7月—2020年12月来院接受腹腔镜全子宫切除术治疗的患者100例为研究对象,随机分为常规组以及干预组,各50例。常规组实施常规护理,干预组实施复合保温护理,对比两组护理效果。结果对比组间体温指标,干预组T1(36.73±0.78)℃、T2(36.71±0.65)℃、T3(36.87±0.52)℃、T4(36.84±0.46)℃、T5(36.92±0.37)℃、T6(36.80±0.42)℃均较常规组(36.21±0.73)、(36.12±0.22)、(35.71±0.37)、(35.65±0.63)、(35.52±0.49)、(35.82±0.60)℃更高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.442、6.080、12.852、10.787、16.123、9.462,P<0.05);干预组不良事件发生率8.00%较常规组26.00%更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.741,P<0.05);干预组护理后生理舒适度评分(18.98±3.20)分,环境舒适度评分(16.51±1.24)分,心理舒适度评分(20.27±1.30)分均较常规组(13.62±3.71)分、(12.25±1.30)分、(17.15±2.04)分更高,差异有统计学意义(t=7.736、16.767、9.120,P<0.05);干预组拔管时间(20.77±3.12)min,麻醉深度恢复时间(15.02±2.04)min,完全清醒时间(45.61±8.41)min均较常规组(28.49±3.33)、(20.71±3.25)、(60.28±10.02)min更低,差异有统计学意义(t=11.963、10.485、7.930,P<0.05)。结论通过将复合保温护理干预手段应用在腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者手术室护理中的效果显著,适合推广普及。

Objective To analyze the application effect of compound heat preservation nursing measures in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy in the operating room.Methods 100 patients who received laparoscopic total hysterectomy from July 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into routine group and intervention group,with 50 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group,and compound heat preservation nursing was carried out in the intervention group,and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results Compared the body temperature indexes between the groups,the intervention group T1(36.73±0.78)℃,T2(36.71±0.65)℃,T3(36.87±0.52)℃,T4(36.84±0.46)℃,T5(36.92±0.37)℃,T6(36.80±0.42)℃were higher than the routine group(36.21±0.73)℃,(36.12±0.22)℃,(35.71±0.37)℃,(35.65±0.63)℃,(35.52±0.49)℃,(35.82±0.60)℃,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.442,6.080,12.852,10.787,16.123,9.462,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the intervention group was 8.00%lower than that in the routine group 26.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.741,P<0.05).After nursing,the physical comfort score was(18.98±3.20)points,the environmental comfort score was(16.51±1.24)points,and the psychological comfort score was(20.27±1.30)points in the intervention group were higher than those in the routine group(13.62±3.71)points,(12.25±1.30)points,(17.15±2.04)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.736,16.767,9.120,P<0.05).The extubation time was(20.77±3.12)min,the depth of anesthesia recovery time was(15.02±2.04)min,and the fully awake time was(45.61±8.41)min in the intervention group were lower than those in the routine group(28.49±3.33)min,(20.71±3.25)min,(60.28±10.02)min,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.963,10.485,7.930,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of compound heat preservation nursing intervention methods in the nursing of patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy in the operating room has significant effects,and is suitable for popularization.
