摘要
住宅建筑的能耗是城市建筑能耗的主体部分,通过建设可持续发展的住宅建筑,能够有效把控城市能耗水平,对生态环境保护以及社会可持续发展都起着至关重要的作用。日本作为最早建设可持续住宅的国家之一,具有丰富的技术储备及行业领先优势,奠定了其在业内的领先地位。从日本可持续住宅建设的背景入手,对日本国土交通省和日本环境部官方网站提供的资料以及其他文献进行分析,结合部分实践项目的研究,归纳总结出日本在可持续住宅建设过程中的成果和经验,关联国内可持续住宅的发展现状,有针对性地提出了构建完善的可持续住宅评估与认证体系、优化可持续住宅相关技术和丰富可持续住宅的激励与监管机制三点关于中国可持续住宅建设的建议。
Energy consumption of residential buildings is the main part of the energy consumption of urban buildings.Through the construction of sustainable residential buildings,the level of urban energy consumption can be effectively controlled,which plays a vital role in ecological environmental protection and sustainable social development.As one of the first countries to build sustainable housing,Japan has a wealth of technical reserves and industry-leading advantages,which has established its leading position in the industry.Starting from the background of sustainable housing construction in Japan,through analysis of the information provided by the official websites of the Ministry of Land,Infrastructure,Transport and Tourism of Japan and the Ministry of Environment of Japan and other documents,combined with the research of some practical projects,summarize the achievements of Japan in the process of sustainable housing construction.In connection with the status quo of domestic sustainable housing development,three points about sustainable housing construction suggestions in China are proposed,including building a comprehensive sustainable housing evaluation and certification system,optimizing sustainable housing related technologies,and enriching the incentive and regulatory mechanisms for sustainable housing.
