绿色低碳能源站的设计与实践——以陕鼓分布式能源智能综合利用示范项目为例

摘要 陕鼓分布式能源智能综合利用示范项目是利用既有锅炉房对陕鼓临潼代王厂区能源进行整合的绿色化提升改造项目,旨在打造区域能源中心。本着“因地制宜、节约能源、节约资源、绿色低碳”的设计目标,充分利用浅层地热能、太阳能等可再生能源和空压站、污水能等余废热,建立智能微电网,设置智能管理控制系统,实现了工业厂区内的能源智能综合利用,并获得了住建部绿色建筑二星标识。项目实际运行至今效果优良,实现了可再生能源在工业厂区的规模化应用,充分体现了可持续发展与节能低碳的规划设计理念。项目可再生能源及余废热利用总量约为2 748 170 kW·h/a,对应可减少代王厂区内CO_(2)排放量约974.8 t/a,是绿色低碳能源站设计与实践的示范项目。 Distributed Energy Intelligent Comprehensive Utilization Demonstration Project of ShaanGu Group is a green improvement and transformation project,the aim of this project is to create the regional energy center.This project is located in Daiwang Factory plant in Lintong belonging to ShaanGu Group,and the key point of design is energy integration.Based on the design goal of “adjust measures to local conditions,energy saving,resources saving,green and low-carbon”,this project makes full use of renewable energy(including shallow ground energy,solar energy) and waste heat(including sewage energy,waste heat of air compressor station),establishes smart microgrid and sets the intelligent management control system.This design achieves the intelligent comprehensive utilization of energy in the industrial area,and this project won the national two-star green building logo issued by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China.The actual operation of this project has achieved good results so far,the large-scale application of renewable energy in the industrial area is made possible.This project fully embodies the planning and design concept of sustainable development,energy saving and low carbon.The total utilization of renewable energy and waste heat of this project is about 2 748 170 kW·h/a,which can reduce CO_(2)emissions in the plant about 974.8 t/a.It is a demonstration project of green and low-carbon energy station design and practice.
